DANÚ customers can avail of various support services. Our support offerings range from our standard support package (business hours coverage) to the premium support package (24 x 7 coverage). We also provide customized support packages that are tailored to your needs.
DANÚ’s support goals are:
- To provide an efficient support network for our customers.
- To provide concise informaiton to our clients and partners to ensure they can support the DANÚ solutions, to enable customers to support themselves as much as possible and to ensure a close co-operation on resolving any issues.
